The images we include in our application, for the most part, are public domain images from the US government, here in DC. If you're feeling the Andy Warhol vibe and want to mash-up with Elvis, set GrabberRaster to an output resolution of 640x480, and then cruise into this US goverment web site and snap away. Because DotMatrix is very iSight oriented, it works best with images in the 4:3 aspect ratio of a 640x480 frame size.

Once you start clicking, it's hard to stop.

Grammy is retro and did you notice how much opart and 60s retro imagery there was during the Grammys? Commercials, stage design. Target, in particular, flexed the logo to maximum optical effect. It was great to see Joan Baez.

We worked like dogs for the past few months getting our release 1.0 out the door. Much to my surprise we got a millitary escort to LA for a screening of "Factory Girl" in one of those weird silent helicopters (boys and their toys LOL!). Aside from the fact that we had to rappel down into an alleyway off Sunset Blvd, it was a fine evening.

Afterwards, at my request, we stayed at the Standard Hotel in Downtown LA, which if you haven't seen it, is famously retro. Since I am retrogirl, I insisted. A woman has her way of making things happen.
